sport mini bikes are not street legal. if you get caught by the police riding a sport mini bike on the street you will get a ticket and the bike will be impounded.

Road Legal where? in the US? If it was legal it’d be done by now. again in the US you’d have to go thru the Federal Highway Safety Institute for your bikes to be certified street legal. At 50cc they’d not have the power to get out of their own way. You’d have to start with a 4 stroke to meet EPA requirements. We’re no longer free to do as we please here in America If your idea was feasible why wouldn’t Honda be doing it?
