sure its doesn’t say “snell” that’s a safety rating. Without knowing what kind of helmet it is can’t tell you where to go to buy extra face shields. But if you really want to you could go to auto parts store and buy some window tint for it.

If you can’t tell what brand it is, and neither can the stores, then it’s probably too old.
Helmets are good for only so much time before they start degrading.
And companies keep changing their models that it’s almost needed to just buy the visors at the same time that you get a new helmet.
I’d recommend that you just get a new helmet and get the visors with it.
Some visors are so expensive that you are better to be certain of what you need before you special order one.

Stop by a regular motorcycle dealer and check out there helmets and look at the face shields. They should have several manufacturers. And if they cant help maybe they can identify the helmet so you know where to look next. Hope this helps.

If its not in too bad of shape you can cut a strip of tint for a car and run it across the top of the visor. That way you can tilt your head a bit and look through the tint. If the shield is scratched up then it may be time for a new lid.

If you are looking for either the snap on visors, tinted or non, OR replacements for a complete full face helmet, I know they had some at the local Motorcycle dealership, on most helmets its a set design for the snap ons, I just bought a couple last week and noticed they had replacements for most types of helmets
