I live in the South of Thailand (Trang province) near the islands, beaches, caves, waterfalls, temples, etc. etc. and I want to do motorbike tours. Trang is starting to open up to tourists, but its still a far cry from Phuket or Krabi. I want to do 3 to 8 day tours. Where and how do I find tourits that can book and pay a couple of weeks in advance?

Just like any company I would think you would need to advertise and publicize as much as possible. A website would be good, advertise on other Thai travel websites, print ads in adventure travel publications, try to connect with travel agents in Bangkok, maybe have brochures in hotels, pretty much anything you can think of to get the the word out about your company. One thing you need to be aware of though, if you don’t already know, is that unless you are a Thai national, Thai law strictly prohibits you from being a tour guide. You can own and run the company, but you cannot guide the tour.
