I can’t remember the title of a movie I saw ages ago. It was about a kid who was sent to a foster home and he had a pet turtle and I think they fed it carrots. He talked to an old lady at a retirement home nearby and she like turkish delight (I think). He overhears his foster parents saying something about being sent away, and think they’re talking about him but they’re really talking about the Mum. He runs away with the old lady who he calls Grandma and they somehow go to a circus, getting a ride there on a huge car truck where they get into one of the cars on the back of it. At the circus the boy ends up doing the motorbike tricks in the metal circle. The Grandma is sent to hospital and they sort everything out and the Grandma ends up living and the 4 all live together. Help!!!
